No Cancellation & Refund Policy – LyfeMedix Private Limited

At LyfeMedix Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering personalized, precision-based healthcare and wellness services. Due to the specialized nature of medical and wellness services in India, and in accordance with applicable laws, we maintain a strict No Cancellation and No Refund Policy for consultations, wellness packages, and health plans once purchased.
Why Cancellations and Refunds Are Not Possible

Personalized Planning:
Upon subscription, our healthcare professionals—including physicians, nutritionists, and wellness experts—invest significant time and expertise in carefully reviewing your medical history, laboratory reports, and lifestyle data. This enables us to design individualized strategies unique to your health requirements. -
Dedicated Consultations:
Each consultation involves live professional time with doctors and allied health specialists. Once scheduled and/or completed, these interactions cannot be reversed or reassigned. -
Resource Allocation:
When a package is activated, our clinical team immediately allocates resources, including staff scheduling, report reviews, and follow-ups. These resources are dedicated exclusively to your care and cannot be reassigned to other patients. -
Precision-Based Interventions:
Our treatment and wellness plans are highly tailored, evidence-based, and knowledge-driven. The value lies in the professional preparation, expertise, and intellectual input, which once delivered, cannot be reused or resold.
Valid Exceptions
Refunds or cancellations may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

Duplicate Payments made accidentally due to technical errors in payment gateways.

Failure of Service Delivery by LyfeMedix, such as inability to provide any consultation after confirmed payment.
All such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our administrative and clinical team. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable RBI regulations for digital transactions.

By subscribing to any LyfeMedix wellness plan or consultation package, you:

Confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Provide voluntary and informed consent for healthcare service provision, acknowledging that once booked and activated, such services cannot be cancelled.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt to resolve matters amicably through negotiation.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, and the arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Subject to the above, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising out of this policy or the services provided by LyfeMedix.
