LyfeMedix Shipping & Service Fulfilment Policy

At LyfeMedix Pvt. Ltd., our mission is to provide seamless healthcare and wellness services through a combination of teleconsultations, personalized care plans, and supporting digital tools. Since our services are primarily delivered via digital and telehealth platforms, the concept of “shipping” applies differently than with physical goods. This policy explains how our services and products are delivered and clarifies responsibilities with respect to third-party providers.

1. Telemedicine & Digital Services

  • Delivery Mode: All consultations, health plans, and wellness services are delivered through secure video, audio, or text-based conferencing on our telemedicine platform.

  • EMR Integration: LyfeMedix uses the Eka Care EMR platform for electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure secure storage and access to your health records.

  • Nutrition & Habit-Building Platform: For nutrition tracking, habit coaching, and related digital tools, we integrate services from Kore App, a third-party service provider.

 

Disclaimer: While LyfeMedix ensures that only reputable digital partners are used, the functionality, uptime, or performance of third-party platforms (Eka Care, Kore App, etc.) is not under our direct control, and we do not provide warranties for their services.

 

2. Prescription Services

  • Prescriptions generated during teleconsultations are fulfilled by licensed, reputed pharmacies.

  • All medication delivery timelines and quality assurances are governed by the respective pharmacy partner’s policies and applicable Indian laws (including the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940).

  • LyfeMedix acts only as a facilitator and does not manufacture, store, or ship medicines directly.

  • LyfeMedix prescriptions are digitally signed by your treating Doctor, a LICENSED PHYSICIAN registered with the MEDICAL COUNCIL of INDIA. The client is free to purchase the prescription medications at any licensed pharmacy.

 

3. Diagnostic Services

  • Laboratory tests and diagnostics are conducted by reputed, accredited laboratories.

  • Sample collection, processing, and report delivery are governed by the respective laboratory’s protocols and quality standards.

  • LyfeMedix is not responsible for any delay or error arising from the laboratory’s processes.

  • LyfeMedix acts only as a facilitator and does not conduct / perform any laboratory or diagnostics tests directly at any of its facility.

 

4. E-Commerce & Physical Products

  • The E-commerce section on the LyfeMedix website displays select wellness products for customer convenience.

  • All such physical products are sold and shipped directly by third-party providers such as Amazon and other reputed companies.

  • Order tracking, shipping timelines, returns, and warranties are solely governed by the policies of the respective third-party seller.

 

Disclaimer: LyfeMedix does not manufacture, warehouse, ship, or provide warranties for these products. Our platform acts only as a convenience-based referral or aggregator, and we are not responsible for product defects, delays, or fulfilment issues.

5. Nutrition, Supplements & Habit-Building Services

  • Nutrition & Supplement Advice: Guidance provided during consultations is evidence-based; however, if supplements are purchased, they are fulfilled via reputed pharmacies, e-commerce partners, or affiliates. LyfeMedix does not manufacture or directly supply supplements.

  • Habit-Building Programs: Delivered through the Kore App platform and/or our affiliate wellness coaches. Functionality and app-related issues are governed by Kore App’s policies.

6. Yoga, Pranic Healing & AYUSH Services

  • These wellness and complementary services are provided by affiliated experts or independent third-party practitioners.

  • Services may include yoga sessions, meditation, pranic healing, Ayurveda, naturopathy, and other AYUSH-based therapies.

  • LyfeMedix may facilitate booking or referrals, but the actual service delivery is the responsibility of the individual practitioner or partner organization.

Timelines & Delivery

 

  • Digital Services: Consultations and care plans are delivered as per the confirmed booking time slots and package schedules.

  • Prescriptions & Diagnostics: Delivery timelines depend on the respective pharmacies and laboratories.

  • E-Commerce Products: Timelines are set and controlled by the third-party sellers.

  • AYUSH & Complementary Services: Delivered as per the availability and schedule of the respective practitioner or affiliate.

Dispute Resolution for Fulfilment Issues

  • For teleconsultations or digital services, any disputes should be addressed directly with LyfeMedix support.

  • For pharmacy or diagnostic services, issues must be raised with the respective partner, though LyfeMedix may assist in escalation.

  • For E-commerce products, disputes must be handled through the third-party seller’s customer service.

  • AYUSH/Wellness Practitioners: Any service-related disputes should be addressed with the practitioner or affiliate directly.

 

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Shipping & Service Fulfilment Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to service fulfilment or shipping shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
