Wow. 100,000 People Are Reading My Thoughts on Not Dying! (And They Seem Okay With It.)

I’m genuinely floored. Honestly, when I first started writing down these slightly absurd, occasionally functional ideas about living a bit longer—in a way that doesn't involve sacrificing all joy—I never thought it would resonate this widely. But here we are: my book, Jug Jug Jeeyo: The Longevity Playbook, has officially crossed the 100,000 reader mark!

That’s 100,000 people who have decided that maybe, just maybe, the key to longevity isn't more stress and more complicated routines, but a little bit of laughter and a lot of common sense.

Drowning in Health Advice? Me Too.

We live in a world where every single day, some new guru tells us the "one weird trick" to eternal youth, only to be contradicted by the next guru five minutes later. It’s exhausting! I wrote Jug Jug Jeeyo because I was exhausted. I needed a reminder that health shouldn't be a second full-time job.

And now, 100K of you have discovered the same thing! These aren't complicated, lab-tested secrets; they’re just highly relatable anecdotes and small, easy-to-practice daily hacks that focus on finding the sweet spot between optimizing your health and just enjoying your life.

This Isn't Homework; It's a Permission Slip.

If the book has done anything, I hope it’s given you a permission slip to stop stressing and start living (longer). It’s about finding balance and realizing that a little bit of fun and a good night's sleep probably trumps whatever exotic berry you're supposed to be eating this week.

If you’ve been on the fence, or if you just need a dose of sanity amidst the health chaos, I'd be truly honored if you gave it a read. It’s an investment in your peace of mind—and hopefully, your next few decades!

Don't miss out on the fun!
